Return Policy

 Because our items are made to order at the time the order is placed certain conditions apply.

Size Replacement:

 You can feel 100% safe ordering footwear online from us! We offer a one time free size replacement if the shoes you ordered don't fit. You just have to pick the size you would like to try and we will send it to you absolutely for free. You can choose a replacement 2 sizes bigger or smaller than the ones delivered. More than 2 sizes will be considered a customer input error. In this case, we will not be able to replace your order and customer must assume all shipping cost responsibilities. Replacement requests are only accepted up to 30 days after product delivery



1️⃣ If you have issues or problems with your item, you must contact us via email within 24 hours of the item being delivered to your address. After 24 hours have passed, we can no longer modify your order.

2️⃣Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged (printed aesthetic or damaged item)

3️⃣ For apparel items, size exchanges or returns are not accepted. This is because all of our items are custom made to order. We do not have inventory on hand and produce your item only when you place the order so therefor there is no item to be exchanged.

4️⃣After contacting us, we will walk you through the steps to ship the item back to us.
